Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, ensure productivity, safety, and quality, supervise staff, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Operational team supervision and training We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring achievement of productivity, safety, and quality objectives. The role includes staff supervision, inventory management, space optimization, and guaranteeing the proper operation of all processes. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field). * Minimum **3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management**. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **WMS / ERP** and digital logistics management tools. * Certification preferred in **Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies**. * Experience in **audits and certification processes** (ISO, NOM, or international standards). * Preferred experience in technology product warehouses (High\-Tech). * Proficiency in Office Suite. * Forklift operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate material receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Monitor and ensure proper operation of the WMS and ERP systems (Priority). * Optimize rack and shelf utilization to maximize available square meters. * Supervise area cleanliness and organization. * Supervise daily courier deliveries. * Perform inventory movements in the Priority system accurately and on time. * Coordinate and train the operational team. * Analyze KPIs: productivity, inventory accuracy, picking times. * Ensure compliance with SLAs for current and future customers. **Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude * Proactive * Customer-focused * Responsible * Honest **We Offer:** * Salary * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits.
