Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor to support administrative and field controls, generate reports, and ensure compliance with the safety plan on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of the Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) plan. 2. Development of specific and contingency plans for each project. 3. We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **Safety and Hygiene Supervisor – Construction Site** **Job Objective:** Support administrative and field activity controls, generate weekly and monthly reports, perform administrative functions of the department, and monitor compliance with the safety manual and the specific plan for each project. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Implement the Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) plan across group projects. * Develop the specific EH&S plan for each project. * Develop the contingency plan. * Conduct safety audits. * Implement corrective actions in case of findings identified during audits. * Manage information for the EH&S department. * Five-minute safety meeting. **Requirements:** * Environmental/Industrial Engineering degree or related field * Professional license/certification * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions **Competencies and Skills:** * Active communication * Teamwork * Administrative control * Commitment * Leadership * Organization **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite * OSHA 30 (preferred) * STPS regulations (construction sector) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings fund * Annual performance bonus Work Location: Pachuca, Hgo.
