Job Objective Ensure the proper operation of assigned asset protection security services, guaranteeing coverage, operational discipline, contractual compliance, and effective customer service, with a focus on results and control. Key Responsibilities \* Coordinate and supervise field security services. \* Ensure shift, role, and relief coverage. \* Supervise the performance of supervisors and operational personnel. \* Address operational incidents and client requirements. \* Ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and internal policies. \* Execute onboarding, offboarding, and operational transfers in coordination with HR. \* Monitor key indicators: turnover, absenteeism, coverage, and complaints. \* Prepare operational reports and service status updates. \* Maintain discipline, order, and authority in operations. Required Profile \* Education: Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree—either incomplete or completed—is preferred). \* Minimum experience: 2–3 years in private security in coordination, supervision, or operational management roles. \* Essential knowledge in: \* Security service operations \* Management of operational personnel \* Customer service \* Incident handling, coverage, and shift control \* Intermediate Excel and reporting skills. Full schedule availability and readiness for fieldwork. \* Valid driver’s license (preferred). A vehicle will be assigned.
