Productivity and operational efficiency analysis **Integra Estrategias is seeking an Operations Executive in Malvas – Irapuato, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **We are the largest provider of temperature-controlled food logistics solutions in Latin America.** **WE ARE SEEKING A FROZEN OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE.** **REQUIREMENTS:** **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field **ADDITIONAL TRAINING** Additional certifications in supply chain or logistics management preferred **REQUIRED/DESIRED EXPERIENCE** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on cost, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction for refrigerated and frozen storage services. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Inventory management, familiarity with SAP and WMS systems, knowledge of safety regulations, LFT, ISO 9001, advanced Excel skills, conversational English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Establish processes to ensure service quality for our customers * Operations control * Productivity * Receiving and delivery times * Compliance with safety code * Profitability * Inventory control * Regulatory systems (Quality) 2. Weekly and short-term operations planning. 3. Determining staffing levels based on client requirements. 4. Financial and operational analysis of the operation. 5. Productivity and operational efficiency analysis. 6. Supervision of Operations Coordinators and Team Leaders. 7. Client contact for resolving operational issues and identifying improvement opportunities. 8. Work schedules required by clients. 9. Coordination with support departments to ensure necessary services for optimal operations (Maintenance, Procurement, Systems, Human Capital, Customer Service, Quality). 10. Development and monitoring of operational KPIs. 11. Weekly operational reporting to Management and Executive Leadership. **WE OFFER** Base salary: $50,000.
