Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Experience: Minimum 3 years as Administrative Manager or similar role. Knowledge in: * Accounting and administrative control * Bank reconciliations and budgets * Payroll and payment supervision * Inventory control and warehouse movements * Municipal procedures and maintenance management * System proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite and ERP (preferably Oracle JD Edwards) * Competencies: Planning, leadership, organization, analysis, and control. Main responsibilities: * Supervise accounting records, bank reconciliations, and financial reports. * Validate payroll, supplier payments, and travel expenses. * Coordinate inventories, product receipts, and shipments. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety and hygiene regulations. * Manage municipal licenses and branch services. * Control budget execution and monthly expense analysis.
