




We are looking for our next CIS Supervisor! At our telecommunications company What will your mission be? You will be the key support in ensuring our customer service team delivers warm, agile, and efficient service. Some of your main responsibilities will include: 1. Accompany and supervise the team on a daily basis, ensuring courteous and effective treatment of our customers. 2. Handle and follow up on complaints or situations requiring a second level of attention. 3. Provide guidance and advisory support to staff to improve customer experience. 4. Analyze cases of service cancellations and propose improvements to prevent future churn. 5. Review customer visit reasons and make decisions based on this information. 6. Supervise customer service reports generated at CIS locations. 7. Verify that promoters actively work on customer retention. 8. Service collections and billing.
