The manager will serve as a key technical liaison for the sales and marketing teams, providing expert support to define product capabilities, assist in client presentations, and ensure our solutions meet market demands. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership \& Development:** Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers. Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. * **Technical Oversight:** Provide technical direction and expertise in the design and development of custom tooling, jigs, fixtures, and automated assembly lines. Ensure all designs meet performance, safety, and cost specifications. * **Sales \& Marketing Support:** o Work closely with sales and marketing to understand customer needs and market trends. o Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for technical inquiries during the sales cycle. o Develop technical content, presentations, and product demonstrations to support business development efforts. o Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions and capabilities. * **Project Management Support:** o **Support project managers** in developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. o Collaborate with project management to ensure successful and on\-time delivery of engineering projects. o Provide technical guidance and risk assessment to project teams. * **Innovation \& Strategy:** Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in automation and robotics.
