Join this great family as: **Digital Experience Assistant** Position Objective: Personnel responsible for preparing all parcel merchandise sold by their warehouse, requested for support by another warehouse, or assigned by the Sterling system for shipment within less than 24 hours. Main Job Responsibilities: \* Receive daily assignments from Sterling. \* Manage pickup of merchandise sold at their warehouse, receiving it in the receiving and shipping area or retrieving it directly from the sales floor. \* Ensure merchandise quality for customer shipment—correct item, complete order, and good condition. \* Track parcel processes and statuses in SOMS, Sterling, SAP, Drives, and physical systems. \* Generate reports for controlling and tracking parcel orders (Provisioner Control and Pending Items).
