Join this great family as: **BARMAN** JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure the proper preparation of all beverages, complying with hygiene and quality standards, and following recipes regarding ingredients and presentation. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follow recipes and beverage presentation guidelines based on official recipe books, seasonal festivals, and current promotions. 2. Maintain and organize the bar area—keeping it clean and well-stocked—while complying with food safety standards established by DH. 3. Perform pre-production of recipes requiring advance preparation, properly arrange items, and anticipate service needs. 4. Conduct daily and weekly (perpetual) inventory control of bar supplies; submit daily requisitions to the warehouse; apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. 5. Deliver excellent service to all customers, including drink recommendations and suggestive selling of promotional beverages, plus support in other required areas.
