Management of procurement, inventory, and customer service. **Operations Manager** **On-site position at:** Avenida Montevideo 3070, Los Colomos 44660, Guadalajara, Jalisco **Job Description:** We are seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the daily operations of both physical stores and e-commerce, ensuring order, efficiency, and excellent customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement management and supplier relations. * Planning and supervision of packing activities. * Leading and supporting the in-store sales team. * Inventory and warehouse control and organization. * Coordination and execution of online shipments. * Customer service and follow-up (via WhatsApp, email, and social media). * Supervision and leadership of sales and packing teams. * Transporting packing materials and other items from the warehouse to the store. * Administrative support as required. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or retail. * Experience coordinating work teams. * Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Personal vehicle (mandatory).
