**Job Description** ------------------------- Carry out the dispatch of finished products, ensuring delivery in the quantities and products specified for each destination (customers or UN) while complying with the loading schedule and supporting the implementation of the national safety strategy. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Provide phone support to internal and external customers. * Receive monetary payments: cash, checks, bank card payments, handover to cash collection personnel. * Reconcile shifts for incoming and outgoing cement and multi-products. * Document control: Scanning of delivery notes, sending physical delivery notes to accounts receivable, handling provisional documents, return forms, weight tickets, etc. * Prepare cement and multi-product reports: Daily shipments, inventories, dwell times, production. * Carry out railway documentation. * Implement and monitor road safety procedures: Express checklists, risk route sheets, carrier logs. * In the absence of the Supervisor, assign tasks to technical staff and oversee operations. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Direct interaction with Operators * Shift reconciliation * Customer interaction * Supervision of Operator logs **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Industrial Engineering, * Engineering (various fields) * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * English Language Proficiency: B1 or higher Required Experience: * Experience in Dispatch * Customer service experience in the dispatch process of cement and multi-products.
