In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, managing technical teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our customers' products. You will act as a key technical leader within the test engineering department. **POSITION** Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in test engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry (EMS). Focus: Strategic test management, customer interface, and process optimization. **Key Responsibilities (Activities):** This role requires a senior-level engineer to lead the technical lifecycle of testing processes: Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the activities of test technicians to ensure operational efficiency. Customer Interface: Direct communication with customers regarding test performance, quality reports, and technical requirements. Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as Yield, NDF (No Defect Found), and First Pass Yield (FPY). Continuous Improvement: Define and implement actions to reduce scrap, optimize test times, and improve overall test coverage. Project Support: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by validating test fixtures and software before mass production. Quality Assurance: Ensure all test processes comply with international standards (ISO, IPC) and customer-specific requirements. **Required Knowledge and Skills** **Essential Technical Knowledge** Testing Platforms: Advanced knowledge of ICT (In-Circuit Test) such as Keysight 3070, and Functional Testing (FCT). Inspection Systems: Familiarity with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and AXI (Automated X-Ray Inspection) platforms. Diagnostic Tools: Expert use of oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and RF test equipment. Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret test logs, schematics, and technical datasheets. Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments for test station management. **Plus Skills (Desirable)** Programming: Knowledge of Python, LabVIEW, or C++ for test automation. Methodologies: Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8Ds, and Lean Manufacturing. Certifications: IPC-A-610 or similar industry certifications. **Soft Skills** Advanced English (Indispensable for corporate and customer communication). Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
