




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage group and individual credit in microfinance, leading teams and sales and collection strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in managing group and individual credit and microfinance. 2. Leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills. 3. Dynamic role involving field supervision and strategy follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration and/or incomplete degree. (Intern and/or graduate). * Knowledge of the microfinance market. * Management of group and individual credit, understanding of numerical data. * Supervise adherence to credit origination, renewal, and client follow-up processes. * Supervise and monitor scheduled meetings conducted by advisors with prospects and clients through home visits, to reinforce and ensure credit disbursement. * Authorize credit disbursement in the field, adhering to financial inclusion processes and methodology. * Conduct daily follow-up on the implementation of collection strategies. * Personnel management. * Team building, negotiation, leadership. * Sales and collections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * 80% field work, 20% office work. * Willingness to travel within and outside the state.
