**Night Supervisor for Laundry** Main Responsibilities: * **Staff Supervision:** Manage and train the laundry team, schedule shifts, and assign tasks. * **Operations Management:** Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding processes for all hotel linens. * **Inventory Control:** Maintain control over linen inventory (bed sheets, towels, tablecloths) and other necessary department supplies, requesting replacements as needed. * **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure laundry machinery (washers, dryers, ironers) operates correctly and receives proper maintenance. * **Quality Assurance:** Inspect garment quality to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Guarantee adherence to occupational safety and hygiene procedures, as well as the correct use of cleaning chemicals. * **Coordination:** Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet specific linen needs or resolve issues.
