POSITION OBJECTIVE: Execution and monitoring of Human Resources plans and programs within the store to support associates. JOB FUNCTIONS \* Talent Acquisition: – Recruitment to ensure appropriate talent joins the store. \* Training: – Implement in-store tools so associates understand operational processes and customer service procedures required for their roles. \* Labor Management: – Support Department Managers in developing associate schedules and vacation plans, ensuring fairness and work-life balance. \* Payroll, Final Settlements, and IMSS: – Process payroll per Company guidelines and legal requirements (SUA, IMSS, etc.), including timely updates in the Human Resources system. – Manage all IMSS and Fonacot processes related to the store. – Accurately prepare final settlements per Company policies, following recommendations from the Labor and Payroll departments. \* Compensation and Benefits: – Efficiently administer all associate benefit programs. – Support with Credinomina. \* Culture Programs: – Execute culture programs such as Healthy Living, Mentors, Orange Blood Nuclei, Orange Blood Challenge, Depot Team, and other initiatives promoting and communicating the Company’s culture. \* In-Store Communication and Events: – Receive, distribute, and communicate any notices or announcements addressed to associates through appropriate channels. – Organize quarterly events, Christmas Party, Mother’s Day Celebration, and other activities fostering associate engagement. – Monitor the Communications Kit in the associate area. \* Recognition: – Support and assist the Store Leadership Team in delivering associate recognition. \* Occupational Health and Medical Department: – Support the assigned physician and, together with Human Resources Management, provide adequate medical department resources. – Administer and track workplace accidents. \* Social Responsibility: – Execute donation programs and Depot Teams. \* Administrative Tasks: – Ensure accurate administration of processes, verified through Administrative and Physical Audits. – Maintain strict confidentiality of all information entrusted to you as part of your role. – Manage in-store donation documentation. \* Benefits: \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \- Performance bonus \- Savings fund \- Flexible working hours \- Savings box \- Insurance and financial assistance \- Stock purchase program \- Grocery vouchers \* WORK CONDITIONS: This position requires effective problem identification and resolution skills, as well as excellent communication ability. \* REQUIREMENTS: \- Legal age (18 years or older) \- Gender-neutral \- Completed high school education \- Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts \* EXPERIENCE IN: – Proficient use of Microsoft Office – HR systems experience – Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (preferred) – Payroll, final settlement, and administrative tasks – SUA and IMSS processes (preferred) – Ability to manage HR processes – Familiarity with recruitment sources If interested in this vacancy, apply via this channel or visit our branch at Prol.
