




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at a high-volume traditional restaurant in Puebla, specializing in classic cocktails and customer service. Collaborative and dynamic work environment *For over ten years, we have established ourselves as Puebla’s most tradition-rich restaurant in Pueblan gastronomy, and to continue this legacy, we are currently seeking a* ***bartender*** *to join our team.* **Requirements:** * Age: 29 to 38 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Preferred education: Technical degree or diploma in Food and Beverages, Mixology, or Bartending. * Minimum experience: 2 years as a bartender in high-volume restaurants or traditional cuisine establishments. * Verifiable experience preparing classic cocktails, traditional beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks. * Knowledge of bar cleaning, setup, and storage. * Residency near Puebla Centro or easy access to transportation. **Preferred Certifications:** * Basic course in Classic or Traditional Mixology. * Food Hygiene Handling Certification (NOM-251-SSA1). * Responsible Alcohol Service Training (SICT or SECTUR). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and portion sizes. * Set up, maintain cleanliness of, and stock the bar area. * Receive beverage orders from service staff and prepare them accurately and promptly. * Directly serve customers at the bar when necessary. * Conduct daily inventory of supplies, utensils, and beverages. * Report shortages, losses, or incidents to the Head Waiter. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. * Assist in setting up special events or serving groups. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Preparation of classic cocktails. * Preparation of non-alcoholic beverages. * Hygiene and sanitation standards (NOM-251). * Bar setup and cleaning. * Standard alcohol measurements and responsible service. * Basic POS and order ticket handling. * Inventory and supply control. * Traditional Mexican beverages (fresh fruit waters, rompope, etc.). **Skills and Aptitudes:** * Customer service and hospitality. * Working under pressure. * Clear and friendly communication. * Organization and cleanliness. * Agility and precision. * Responsibility and honesty. * Teamwork. * Visual memory (for orders). * Professional personal appearance. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary + tips * Schedule: \- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. \- Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. \- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. * One rotating day off per week. * Statutory benefits after one year of service. * One meal per day. * Medical, laboratory, and specialist discounts. * Immediate hiring.
