Job Objective: Design, structure, and operate the Human Resources department, ensuring proper personnel administration, effective recruitment, and implementation of controls and procedures aligned with business growth. Key Responsibilities: -Personnel administration (hiring, termination, incidents, personnel files). -Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. -Development and monitoring of HR controls, policies, and procedures. -Support in labor relations and employee assistance. -Coordinating payroll-related incidents. -Compliance with statutory benefits and labor regulations. -Support in onboarding, workplace climate initiatives, and internal organization. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. -Prior experience as HR Manager or HR Coordinator. -Knowledge of personnel administration, recruitment, and payroll. -Ability to structure processes and work independently. -Attention to detail, follow-up capability, and results orientation. -Desirable experience in operational businesses (restaurants, retail, services).
