Your primary role is managing active accounts, conducting cross-selling and optimizing financial products to increase the value of the current portfolio. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary: 9,270 pesos. * Average productivity bonus: 6,000 pesos per month. * Uncapped commissions based on sales performance. * Weekly payment schedule (every Thursday). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits: Grocery vouchers, dental insurance, life insurance, and cafeteria service. **Schedules:** * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00. * Training: Monday to Friday, 07:00–14:00 (compensation of 8,300 pesos plus early commissions). **Requirements:** * Completed high school with physical certificate mandatory. * Minimum 3 months of sales or financial sector experience. * Valid INE and RFC.
