Develop technical solutions for Utilities systems to ensure functionality, structural integrity, and compliance with user requirements. 2\. Perform material selection and inspection, simultaneity analysis, equipment and accessory sizing, as well as necessary calculations to ensure feasibility and safety of proposed designs, procurement, and installation of both ancillary and critical process and service equipment. 3\. Plan, analyze, and execute designs (Layouts, P&IDs, Drawings) based on distribution needs, optimization, performance, and functionality of designed equipment, systems, and services, implementing required modifications and adjustments to achieve project objectives. 4\. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project-related risks through participation in interdisciplinary teams. 5\. Supplier and contractor management. 6\. Monitoring, participation in audits, and regulatory compliance. 7\. Generation, modification, and communication of technical documentation. Experience 1\. Design and development of systems and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry or related fields. 2\. Creation of conceptual models and drawings using design software (CAD). 3\. Analysis and distribution of systems across layouts and equipment services to optimize industrial processes. 4\. Project management using the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology. 5\. Supplier and contractor management. 6\. Experience executing projects in accordance with applicable industry regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. Knowledge 1\. Principles of mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics, and their application in equipment and system design. 2\. Manufacturing and production processes in the pharmaceutical industry, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and validation requirements. 3\. Knowledge of national and international regulations (NOM-059, FEUM, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, USP, FSA, CFR, ISPE, ISA). 4\. Requirements, testing, and documentation to be generated for submission to the Validation Department. 5\. Use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
