The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical\-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. **Role Purpose** Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and IT projects within engineering and operations. Assist in creating documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units. Gain hands\-on experience in project management, IT support, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation. **Responsibilities** * Assist in managing IT and digital transformation projects, including planning, development, testing, and go\-live phases. * Create and maintain documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units. * Support workshops, training sessions, and change management activities. * Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network systems and devices. * Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions. * Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain practical knowledge and improve technical skills. **Required Education** Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Systems Engineering IT, Business Engineering, Development Engineering, Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). **Desired Skills** * Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and IT infrastructure. * Familiarity with digital tools and technologies (IoT, data analytics, automation). * Coding experience in R, Python, SQL, or similar languages. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Project management and documentation abilities. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in teams.
