Join our team and become part of the operational core of Guadalajara’s most important market! **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Monthly Salary:** $15,500 net + attractive benefits: Punctuality bonus Attendance bonus $1,150 in grocery vouchers **Main Responsibilities:** High-level support and SLA compliance Handling critical tickets escalated by the support team Efficient resolution and logging in incident logs Proactive service monitoring Continuous supervision using tools such as PRTG Immediate response to technological service outages Infrastructure and vendor management Coordination for network, server, backup, hosting, cloud, etc. renewals, upgrades, and implementations Control and updating of legal software licenses Ongoing technology updates Maintenance of operating systems (Windows Server), hardware, switches, APs, and cybersecurity solutions Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration Cybersecurity and information protection Configuration of digital hardening schemes Security assessment of new applications prior to implementation Backup and operational continuity Management of data and server configuration backups Participation in IT projects and technological improvements **Requirements:** Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity Solid knowledge of operating systems, servers, Active Directory, and cloud solutions Ability to respond immediately to critical incidents Ability to coordinate with vendors and technical teams If you’re looking for a strategic position with real technical challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement, apply now.
