The candidate will be responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring production, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, flavor, and presentation. **Work Location:** Reforma Branch, Oaxaca **Schedule:** 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (with flexibility for unforeseen circumstances) **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily and weekly production based on checklists. * Preparation of dishes with excellent presentation and flavor. * Assignment of tasks to kitchen assistants. * Stock control and monitoring of FIFO processes. * Verification of ingredient quality. * Cleaning and organization of workstations and the kitchen overall. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in kitchen operations. * Knowledge of equipment, utensils, and culinary techniques. * Experience in buffet service and Italian cuisine (basic pasta preparation). * Ability to prepare: * Soups * Salads (including vegetarian cuisine) * Basic pastries * Compliance with sanitary regulations. * Teamwork and proactive attitude. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract (subject to an initial evaluation period). * Statutory benefits. * Staff cafeteria service. * Uniforms. * Opportunity for professional development and economic growth.
