Location Near La Paz metro station Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 We Offer · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary of $14,000 to $17,000 per month, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment 3. Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels 4. Ensure proper operation of the plant’s substation and power distribution system 5. Coordinate repair, fabrication, and component adjustment work in the workshop (welding, lathe, modifications) 6. Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance 7. Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders 8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industrial safety standards Required Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position · Personnel management experience · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude Technical Knowledge: 1. Applied industrial mechanics related to pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical seals 2. Industrial electricity: three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and electrical diagram interpretation 3. Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (pearl mills, NETZSCH mills, hammer mills, classifiers) 4. Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems 5. Knowledge of electrical substations and plant power distribution 6. Operation and maintenance of process equipment, such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines 7. Welding, lathe operation, and fabrication of replacement parts for equipment repair 8.
