Position Summary: Conduct land surveys and drafting, monitor construction progress to ensure accuracy, and design executive plans for civil and hydraulic projects. Key Highlights: 1. Design of drawings with AutoCAD for civil and hydraulic projects **General Position Objective:** Conduct land surveys and drafting, as well as monitor construction progress to verify whether the as-built accuracy complies with the tolerances specified in reference drawings. Prepare drawings for executive civil and hydraulic projects. **Technical Competencies** 1. Surveying proficiency: knowledge of principles and methods of measurement, georeferencing, topographic surveying, and cartography. 2. Field experience: ability to operate surveying equipment (GPS RTK, total stations, levels) on-site and conduct precise topographic surveys. 3. Georeferencing knowledge: ability to adjust data and generate accurate maps. 4. Design knowledge: ability to create drawings using software (AutoCAD). **Job Responsibilities** 1. Topographic surveys: perform land measurements to determine exact location and terrain relief. 2. Preparation of topographic, civil works, and hydraulic works drawings: represent collected data in topographic and cartographic drawings; design civil or hydraulic works drawings. 3. Cartographic work: perform boundary demarcation, setting-out, land measurement, and valuation. 4. Data collection for cadastral purposes: provide data for municipal cadastre development. 5. Site assistance: minimize construction errors and ensure improved planning. Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
