Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager to develop commercial strategies, assess market potential, monitor revenue, and execute sales plans for a Mexican hotel company with international presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of commercial strategy and corporate relations 2. Continuous revenue monitoring and enhancement of hotel presence 3. Requirements for the Position: Strong public relations skills. Willingness to travel. Completed Bachelor’s degree. \*no exceptions Personal vehicle is mandatory. Flexible schedule availability (executive on-call duties). Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory. Your responsibilities will include: Developing the property’s commercial strategy based on its market segments and booking channels. Understanding the plaza’s potential business and establishing commercial relationships with local market companies. Continuously monitoring the plaza’s revenue. Increasing the hotel’s top-of-mind awareness among travelers. Executing sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Developing strategic alliances and a local customer public relations plan.
