Experience in quality supervision and customer service. **Mentory Grupo Consultor is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Puebla, Puebla** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Restaurant Manager** **Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:** * **Operational supervision:** Oversee daily service, ensuring coordination between kitchen and dining area to prevent delays. * **Personnel management:** Supervise, train, and occasionally hire staff (servers, cooks). * **Customer service:** Resolve complaints and ensure a positive customer experience. * **Administrative control:** Manage inventories, place orders with suppliers, and control costs. * **Hygiene and safety:** Ensure compliance with cleaning and food safety protocols. **Knowledge Requirements:** Restaurant administration and operations. Management of operational staff (kitchen, servers, cashier, etc.). Inventory and cost control. Customer service and support. Supplier management. Quality supervision of food and service. Sales tracking and administrative reporting.
