Operation of assigned vehicle and customer service. **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to cover daily delivery routes from the HUB, delivering merchandise to commercial customers while ensuring on-time pickup and delivery, compliance with established policies for use of the assigned vehicle, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise to commercial customers along local routes, meeting delivery time requirements through proper operation of the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and close sales with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Support sales counter operations in the commercial program module by assisting walk-in or telephone customers to address questions regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to and follow up with the Commercial Manager. Process cash collections against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * One or two years of experience. * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle. * Valid driver’s license. * Must be at least 21 years old. * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark).
