Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for recruitment and selection of personnel, file compilation, and support in administering hiring processes and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and selection of operational/administrative personnel. 2. Administration of hiring processes. 3. Assistance in locating and centralizing documents. **Position Objective** * Recruitment and selection of operational / administrative personnel. * Timely and proper compilation of personnel files. * Uniform distribution. **Job Functions or Activities** * Attend to external candidates applying for jobs by providing job application forms and conducting initial information reviews via preliminary interviews. * Compile personnel files for new hires by collecting required documentation and updating personal data generated through daily operations. * Administer hiring processes for personnel joining the company by monitoring and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file preparation. * Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Specialization area: Recruitment and Selection. * Work experience: 6 months in a similar position. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 9%. * Savings box. * Grocery vouchers: 10%. * Life insurance: 70 months of salary. * Christmas bonus: 30 days. **Work Location:** Tuxtla-San Fernando Highway KM 5\.5, Plan de Ayala Neighborhood, ZIP Code 29020, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
