




### **Job Responsibilities** * Set up and operate test equipment following established procedures. * Interpret failure parameters and enter data into the Quality Management System (PFS). * Identify electronic components and read their values. * Detect material and workmanship defects, labeling according to quality standards. * Perform electrical adjustments and tests per specifications. * Maintain records of tested units and results. * Comply with standards and certifications (ANSI ESD, ISO 9001, AS9000, IPC, etc.). * Ensure work quality and contribute to achieving objectives and KPIs. * Execute assigned tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Qualifications** * Proficiency with tools and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.). * Basic knowledge of electrical testing and schematic reading. * Adherence to quality policies and IPC standards. * Willingness to undergo training on new equipment and processes. * Skills: communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork. * Ability to work overtime and in a 24/7 global operation. * Participation in continuous improvement and handling of technical documentation. * Basic reading, writing, and mathematics.
