Req ID: 76669 **Description** --------------- Logistics Assistant **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Requesting invoices from Procurement. * Sending emails to Receiving to share the day’s crossing schedule. * Ensuring that Calexico warehouse audits are completed timely and accurately. * Printing invoices and required documents for customs clearance procedures. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- * Knowledge of international trade. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency. * Experience using Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Incomplete degree or current student in International Trade or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role. * Flexibility to adjust working hours.
