




Job Summary: Coordination of loads and trips, customer and operator support, preparation of documents and reports, and management of evidence for billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and assignment of loads and trips to operators 2. Customer and operator support, incident management 3. Preparation of movement documents and reports Duties: \-Schedule and assign loads and/or trips to operators traveling to the USA \-Provide customer and operator support \-Notify customers of any issues affecting their shipments \-Send emails to customers with shipment updates \-Prepare documents (manifests, waybills) \-Update operators’ movement reports \-Search for loads \-Send load information to operators \-Send inventory to a specific customer \-Prepare and submit delivery evidence for billing purposes \-Prepare operator trip settlements Requirements: \-Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field \-Basic or intermediate English proficiency preferred \-Previous experience working at a transportation company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,500.00 \- $5,800.00 per week Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
