




Position Summary: A customs agency seeks a Tariff Classifier to analyze goods, determine their tariff classification, and ensure regulatory compliance in foreign trade operations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for analyzing goods and determining their tariff classification. 2. Ensures compliance with import and export regulations. 3. Provides technical support to key departments to prevent errors. **IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS AGENCY REQUIRES:** **TARIFF CLASSIFIER** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing goods. Determining their correct tariff classification. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in import and export operations. Applying criteria from the Harmonized System, LIGIE, NICO, General and Complementary Rules. Evaluating non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NTRRs), NOMs, permits, and applicable duties. Maintaining an updated database of tariff classifications. Providing technical support to traffic, operations, and international trade departments to prevent errors. ***Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications*** Work location: Near the AICM customs office.
