Making calls to schedule visits and verify service quality. Supervising telecom network operations and identifying incidents. Preparing monthly reports and proposing solutions to recurring issues. Attending to, guiding, and supporting customers through the company’s various telephone channels. Recording, collecting, and reconciling customer payments, ensuring correct application of amounts, payment methods, and internal policies.
