




Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician with expertise in networking, CCTV, and audio systems, capable of configuring computer systems and providing user training. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and troubleshooting 2. Computer system configuration and maintenance 3. User training and direct customer interaction **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Basic networking knowledge (jack termination, RJ45, patch panel installation, cable management) * Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues. * Configure and maintain computer and technological systems. * Configuration of switches, access points, etc. * Conduct software and hardware testing. * Install and update software and hardware. * Technical issues must be meticulously documented along with required solutions. * Provide user training on computer and technological systems. * Basic knowledge of CCTV and audio equipment configuration and installation. * Proficiency in using AnyDesk for remote support. * Help Desk **Requirements:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Direct customer interaction * Valid standard vehicle driver's license is mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the field * Flexible working hours * Excellent personal presentation * Basic English (technical) * Educational background: Bachelor's degree (Telecommunications Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
