Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Security Guard for a hotel, responsible for protecting people and property through patrols and security management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safeguard the safety of staff and visitors 2. Conduct periodic patrols and respond to emergencies 3. Prevent incidents and maintain a secure environment Night Shift Security Guard Position for Hotel **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM * One day off per week **REQUIREMENTS** * Valid driver's license * Customer service skills **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Safeguard the safety of staff, guests, and the hotel’s tangible and intangible assets through vigilant monitoring to ensure a pleasant and secure environment. * Vehicle parking assignment: issuing parking tickets, securing vehicle keys, collecting parking fees. * Observe and report irregularities. * Ensure proper access for staff. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the assigned area. * Request arrival and departure reports from the front desk. * Monitor temperature levels in water tanks, cable rooms, water supply, and gas systems. * Dispose of trash: clean the area, sort, and organize waste. * Conduct periodic patrols in common areas, hallways, parking lots, and service zones to detect anomalies. * Verify that emergency exits, entrances, and exits are closed and unobstructed. * Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering. * Assist guests arriving late at night or requiring security assistance. * Act as first responder during emergencies: fires, earthquakes, medical issues, or altercations. * Know and activate the hotel’s emergency protocols; contact authorities if necessary. * Prevent theft, property damage, alcohol/drug consumption in prohibited areas, and excessive noise after quiet hours. * Maintain a detailed log of incidents, patrols, and any shift-related developments. * Hand over reports and updates to the incoming shift guard and management. * Complete shift handover, turn off lights, and secure all access points. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * Daily complimentary meals * Complimentary uniforms Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,250.00 per month Benefits: * Staff cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
