This role has a strong technical and leadership focus, responsible for designing automation frameworks, defining testing strategies, and ensuring end\-to\-end product quality. **Responsibilities** * Design and lead scalable automation frameworks * Define and implement end\-to\-end testing strategies * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams * Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines * Ensure quality, performance, and reliability from design * Lead the technical QA vision within the team * Mentor engineers and guide best practices * Analyze data and identify root causes of issues * Propose improvements and evaluate new tools (POCs) **Requirements** * +8 years of experience as an SDET or in similar roles * Solid automation experience (Selenium, Appium, etc.) * Proficiency in Java or .NET * Experience with APIs, mobile testing, and CI/CD * Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks * Experience in end\-to\-end testing strategies * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Excellent communication skills **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work in a global company * High-impact technology projects * Collaborative and innovative environment * Continuous professional development Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
