




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician with experience in systems, Windows equipment migration, and permission management to execute technical procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply leadership and team coordination Job Description: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification Required Knowledge and Experience: * End-user technical support * Point-to-point Windows equipment migration * Data backup * Image installation using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Windows Registry Editor proficiency * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User-based permission administration * Antivirus configuration * On-site evidence collection and service signature * Execution of procedures following technical guidelines Additional Skills: * Leadership * Team coordination * Customer service orientation and oral problem resolution Required Tools: * 32 GB USB drive * Drill * Network cable We Offer: * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $350.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
