Join us at ELEKTRA as a SALES ADVISOR: Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience by selling products and merchandise on credit to build long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit and identify their needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, fostering long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange your work areas; assist with warehouse organization, support cyclical inventory counts, and place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Follow the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-store experience for customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of credit sales. * Enjoyment of customer interaction. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting / cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty throughout the sales process. * Completed or incomplete high school education. **WE OFFER:** * Fixed salary starting at: $1,500 weekly. * Commissions of: $1,730 weekly. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
