Littelfuse is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Engineering Rotational Program upon graduation in the **spring of 2026\.** The RISE Rotational Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through three 6\-month rotations with engineering\-focused assignments. The rotations are intended to provide valuable diverse experience and maximize the participant’s learning though hands\- on experience, formal training, coaching/mentoring to grow across several functions before settling into best\-fitting role for both the individual and the organization.
