A prominent company in Tulum, Quintana Roo is looking for: Real Estate Specialist * Advise clients on the **purchase, sale, and rental** of properties (houses, apartments, land, and commercial spaces). * Conduct **client prospecting** and follow-up on leads. * Analyze the **real estate market** to determine competitive pricing and investment opportunities. * Acquire new properties and prepare **technical property sheets**, appraisals, and market comparisons. * Coordinate and conduct **guided property tours**. * Negotiate sale or rental terms between involved parties. * Follow up on **legal and administrative procedures**: contracts, deeds, mortgage loans, and closings. * Keep the **property portfolio** updated on real estate portals and social media. * Design and implement **marketing and promotion strategies** for properties. * Provide post-sale support to ensure **customer satisfaction**. * Meet sales targets and report results. * Build relationships with notaries, appraisers, developers, and financial institutions. Requirements for a Real Estate Specialist * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 3 years** of experience in real estate sales. * Experience in customer service and negotiation. * Knowledge of **purchase\-sale and rental** real estate transactions. * Real estate market analysis. * Appraisals and price comparisons. * Basic preparation and review of contracts. * Proficiency with real estate portals and CRM systems. * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
