We are looking for a **Credit and Collections Manager** **Location:** CDMX **Description** 1\. **Job Objectives** Conduct in-person procedures before government institutions. Ensure the efficient and timely recovery of the company’s accounts receivable, maintaining positive client relationships and minimizing the risk of delinquency. This is achieved through proactive management of outstanding accounts, effective negotiation of payments, and implementation of collection policies that maximize cash flow and company profitability. 2\. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Finance. Proven experience: 2 years in government procedures and administrative management. Strong communication skills / data handling ability. Teamwork and software knowledge. 3\. **Responsibilities** Entering accounts into collections. Preparing reports. Monitoring accounts receivable. Contacting clients to remind them of pending payments. Negotiating agreements and payment plans. Recording and updating transactions and communications. Proposing improvements to collection processes. Preparing accounts receivable reports. Implementing collection policies. Assessing clients’ credit risk. Collaborating with sales and accounting departments.
