Review of construction drawings and interaction with suppliers A Yucatecan real estate development company is seeking its next Cost and Budget Specialist, with desirable experience in urban development projects for our developments located along the Yucatán coast. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preliminary cost estimation. * Integration of base budgets. * Expense control in accordance with the assigned budget. * Comparison of suppliers and contractors. * Preparation of take-off quantities. * Operation of Opus software. * Operation of AutoCAD. * Review of construction drawings. * Interaction with suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of verifiable experience in budget analysis or a similar position. * Desirable experience in urban development. * Education: Civil engineering, architecture, or related field. * Knowledge: Analytical ability, AutoCAD, take-off quantities, Microsoft Excel, Opus, unit prices, budgeting. * Driver’s license (**NOT** mandatory but desirable) **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Excellent work environment Salary: $14,500\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * In which job have you had experience preparing budgets for urban development projects?
