Here is some additional information about this role. Start Date: February 2026 **Requirements:** * Degrees: Architecture or Civil Engineering * Over 30 years of age * Over 8 years of construction management experience. Preferably experience in apartment and/or housing construction. **Position Objective:** To manage the construction of a vertical housing project, ensuring proper execution of scope within the scheduled time, budget, and expected quality. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the apartment building construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. * Prepare RFPs, coordinate and review construction tenders/bids. * Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Control the project budget, authorize expenditures, and optimize resources to prevent cost overruns. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, local regulations, and required permits. * Monitor construction progress, prepare periodic reports, and communicate project status to management or investors. * Validate correct information flow, documentation, and change management. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction execution by making timely decisions. **Required Skills** * Technical knowledge of construction processes. * Solid understanding of blueprint reading, budgeting, construction scheduling, and quality control. * Leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Negotiation skills and vendor management capability. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
