We are a Multiple Purpose Financial Company (SOFOM) with a special focus on providing financial support to communities with limited access to the sector. **Full job description** * Manage, supervise, control, and efficiently direct the resources and personnel assigned to your business unit, as well as the execution of complementary activities delegated by the central office, in order to profitably meet objectives. * Represent Sacimex locally, before clients and competent authorities, according to the attributes granted to your position by the company and applicable laws. * Organize the work team in customer service activities, credit disbursement, goal tracking, promotion of a positive work environment, and staff motivation. * Ensure compliance with the policies and processes described in the current credit manual, guaranteeing their application in each product. * Supervise the client portfolio and credit process control, adhering to policies and risk mitigation measures in resource management. * Apply appropriate sanctions to offending personnel. * Propose improvements to the processes under your responsibility. * Sign the fidelity bond corresponding to your job position. * Fulfill additional responsibilities coordinated with your immediate supervisor, always acting under the conduct criteria described in the Code of Ethics. **Requirements:** * Age: 27 years and older * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative fields * Must have schedule availability * Service-oriented attitude We offer: * Biweekly base salary $6,000.00 (adjustment at 3 months, defining indefinite hiring) * Statutory benefits (upon signing indefinite contract) * Uniforms * Grocery vouchers $900.00 monthly (starting from the third month) Become part of one of the most recognized SOFOMs in Oaxaca and Puebla, with a high degree of human sensitivity Job type: Full-time * Includes weekends * 8-hour shifts Work location: On-site employment.
