Responsibilities: Coordinate the 4 regions (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro, and Monterrey) for product storage, distribution, and on-time, in-full delivery. Maintain constant communication with warehouse staff, operators, and sales representatives. Warehouse Management: Supervise inventory levels, goods receipt, sorting, and order preparation across the various regions. Coordination and Communication: Serve as the liaison between warehouse, procurement, operators, and sales representatives. Optimization: Prevent delays, improve delivery routes, enhance efficiency, and collaborate effectively with the warehouse. Compliance: Ensure timely deliveries and proper associated documentation. Transportation and Distribution: Plan routes, coordinate with operators, track shipments, and guarantee punctual deliveries. Proactivity and organization. Sense of urgency. Willingness to travel.
