Position Summary: Exitus Credit is seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field operations, negotiating and closing payment commitments, and locating delinquent customers. Locating and identifying delinquent customers DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct operational field activities and achievement of recovery targets. Responsibilities * + Overdue account recovery through door-to-door collection * • Management of overdue payments • Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * + Locating and identifying delinquent customers + Monitoring and tracking of the assigned territory We Offer * + Base salary of $10,000 NET per month + Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary + Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) + Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary + 12 days of vacation + Vacation premium of 25% Requirements * + Minimum education level: High school (incomplete or completed) + Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) + Personal motorcycle + Valid driver's license + Availability for frequent travel + Tolerance for pressure and rejection + Negotiation and follow-up skills + Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability + Availability for fieldwork
