***HOUSEKEEPER AND GENERAL HOTEL CLEANING:*** ***SCHEDULE: 08:00 - 16:00 FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY, DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK.*** Meet the hotel's quality and service standards. Always maintain cleanliness at all times in the assigned areas such as: Bathrooms, Reception, Common Areas (patios and terraces), Tables, Chairs, Furniture, Doors, Locks, and Vacant Spaces. Dust thoroughly all furniture and corners within your assigned area, including chairs, armchairs, sofas, trash cans, doors, locks, windows, wiring on electrical connections without damaging them during cleaning, etc., remembering to wax wooden surfaces. · Sweep meticulously the designated areas: Common patios, Library, Terrace, Hallways, Bathrooms, and Reception. This means sweeping every corner of these areas, including under furniture; if necessary, move furniture or chairs to sweep underneath. Check that no dirt, dust, or garbage remains in the spaces between walls and floors. · Dust any particles settled on furniture and other objects in the areas after sweeping. · Mop the floors using clean water and the assigned cleaning product. Ensure there is no excess water or dirt smeared on the floor. It is important that no bad odor remains on the floor or treated area; it should have a fresh, clean scent. · Keep the library clean and organized. · Collect garbage from all areas and bathrooms. · Report any anomalies (damages or malfunctions) in your work area to your immediate supervisor. · Before leaving at the end of your shift, ensure bathrooms are clean and adequately stocked with supplies. · In case of flower vases, keep them clean, check the condition of the flowers, and change the water as needed. · Clean the stairs. · Clean the dining area once mealtime hours are over. · Clean any area immediately when it becomes dirty or whenever trash appears in the spaces. Avoid having exposed trash outside of bins. · Assist the Reception area by helping transport guests' luggage upon arrival. Room Cleaning · Ensure cleanliness throughout all hotel areas, including picking up small trash, bottles, wrappers, etc., as well as arranging any disordered furniture.
