Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise maintenance contracts on highways, ensuring compliance with terms of reference and SICT regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of highway maintenance contracts. 2. Verification of compliance with SICT regulations. 3. Generation and review of generators. Licensed Civil Engineer. Experience in supervising routine and periodic maintenance contracts on toll-free highways for the state of Veracruz. Knowledge of public works law. Responsibilities: Reporting activities to the site office. Generation and review of generators. Verifying that all work performed by contractors complies with the terms of reference provided by the agency and SICT regulations. Pre-construction surveys according to the work catalog. Valid driver’s license. Assisting the site engineer in supervision duties. Verification of physical, scheduled, and estimated progress. Review and preparation of generators. Meetings with the site office. Reporting activities across various work fronts.
