Pesado Transport is seeking for Salina Cruz, Oaxaca: **Construction Site Resident** Requirements: 1\. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Resident 2\. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture 3\. Professional title and license 4\. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD 5\. Knowledge in project management, soil mechanics, structural analysis and design, reading and interpreting lifting accessories capacity charts Responsibilities: 1\. Act as a liaison between the company, client, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and providing support according to project needs. 2\. Estimate and quantify project progress. 3\. Identify and resolve issues or problems that arise during project execution. 4\. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established schedules. 5\. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection regulations at work, guaranteeing a safe environment for all workers and preventing unsafe working conditions. 6\. Ensure equipment has service orders indicating equipment arrival at the worksite, and verify that equipment possesses valid certification. 7\. Prepare and submit to the maintenance department the following reports: \*Weekly hour meter report \*Machine downtime report. 8\. Maintenance orders issued on site. 9\. Follow up on transportation requests, maintenance plans, on-site repairs, and invoice collections. 10\. Continuously monitor crane operation activities. 11\. Supervise the work habits, attitudes, and performance of riggers and operators during lifting operations, ensuring personnel have all necessary tools to perform their duties. 12\. For heavy and special lifts, must: know and apply the lifting plan, coordinate and supervise preparations, coordinate and supervise lift execution. 13\. Coordinate crane movements and transfers within and outside the project site by issuing service orders. 14\. Halt any lifting operation that does not comply with company standards and best practices. 15\. Maintain weekly control of equipment status reports on the project. 16\. In any incident involving cranes, lifting systems, or lifting accessories, assist the safety department in determining incident causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions. 17\. Properly manage project controls by comparing sold versus performed work. 18\. Generator reconciliations, invoicing, and collections. 19\. Review routine and special lifting operations. 20\. Routine basic engineering tasks. 21\. Provide internal and external customer service.
