Job Summary: Strategically manage procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining strong and reliable supplier relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Manage strategic procurement and ensure fulfillment of sales commitments. 2. Maintain strong supplier relationships and optimize operations. 3. Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate material logistics. * Objective: Strategically manage procurement to ensure fulfillment of sales commitments and timely delivery of goods through accurate, efficient, and timely placement of Purchase Orders (POs). Maintain strong and reliable supplier relationships through negotiations, continuous follow-up, and performance analysis, generating synergy that optimizes operations and strengthens positioning as a customer reference. * Education: Technical degree or undergraduate student. Suggested fields of study: Business Administration or related disciplines. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management. Experience in purchase order tracking, negotiation, and coordination with logistics/warehousing. * Key Responsibilities: Evaluate need for procurement versus inventory utilization per agreements. Place purchase orders timely and accurately, reflecting agreed prices, discounts, and terms. Monitor lead times and confirm compliance. Monitor backorders and reconcile supplier databases. Verify with warehouse correct material entry into the system. Coordinate material release with Planning and Logistics (payments, special conditions, customer receipt). Negotiate with suppliers regarding delays, shortages, or production/quality changes. Track issuance, receipt, and application of supplier credit notes and warehouse-generated credit notes. * Offered: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (one monthly on-call shift) Benefits: Statutory. Salary: $18,000 to $22,000 gross monthly. Meal vouchers: $600 pesos monthly. Arcos Vallarta neighborhood. Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term. Salary: Starting from $22,000.00 per month.
